It’s a bit hard to imagine that the next sequel will be able to go even further than we have seen, but given the cliffhanger at the end of Chapter 3, Chad Stahelski, Keanu Reeves and the rest of the company seem will try.
John Wick Kill Count: Firearms: 124
If you approached John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum thinking that the sequel could not exceed the number of weapon killings from the previous slice, you obviously are not paying attention. It should be noted that John receives much more help in this film than in previous films, because Sofia has quite a number of corpses while under the attack of Berrada’s men in Casablanca, but the film says very clearly that the main character knows his going around a gun.
John Wick Kill Count: Swords / Knives: 32
The third installment of this franchise has many more weapon / knife deaths – mainly because of the stealth attacks by Zero and his gang against John’s allies. That being said, John himself uses a blade more than a few times in the film, especially during the attack on the first act of the museum, and later when he is approached by Zero’s team on motorcycles to his back to New York. And, of course, there is also the big final battle in The Continental.
John Wick Kill Count: Other: 11
John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum stages a non-traditional murder, while our protagonist takes out an opponent with just one book – but from there we see 10 others scattered throughout the film. A good number of them are actually killed animals – three by dogs and three by horses – and motorcycle accidents and a tight ax complete the count.
